The acceptance step is the first workflow and it captures relevant information about a client to ensure that all information is collected and  considered when accepting a client.


Workflow Navigation


There are a few methods to navigate a workflow, we will review them here.


At the top of the workflow navigator is the tab bar that has the title of each step.  Clicking on the tab itself brings you to that section.  


The navigation buttons on the left and right also step through each workflow section in the correct order.  If you use them to navigate the information on the current section will be saved and the new section will display.


If a workflow can't be completed, use the save button to save the information that was entered.

Acceptance workflow 


Identify the most relevant person from the company to gather the data from and set up a discovery session.  Step through each section and answer the questions.  The visibility of some questions is dependent on previous answers and will display based on the values entered.


Once completed, sign the Conclusion section and use the right most navigation button to "complete" the section. Completing a section will transfer specific relevant data to the next workflow (if necessary) and will change the status of the engagement.
