The sign-off workflow is performed to ensure the partner has confirmed the work is understood by the client. This should be the last step performed.
Step 1 (CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF FINAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS)
Discuss the financial statements with one of the managers designated in the client team. You can find a list of managers in the drop down. If none exist, please update the client team to include an appropriate manager.
Fill in the the relevant fields including the date of approval, and the method of approval and click next.
Step 2 (Firm Approval)
This step should be performed by the responsible partner and finalizes the engagement, which makes it available to be Rolled Forward.
Verify that work has been reviewed and the date the review was perforemed on. Select which partner reviewed and add the partner's signature.
**Important** Finalize the compilation using the complete button on the right. This will perform post approval functionality and change the compilation status to complete.
